Tartlets with cheese

Who does not like cheese? Cheese is loved by everyone! And if you do not like, then you have not yet found a cheese kind to taste.

Variety of cheeses, exactly, as well as variety of tastes in general, opens breadth of a choice of recipes to a celebratory table. A small part of them we decided to describe in this article, dedicated to one more class of festive goodies - tartlets with cheese.

Tartlets with cheese, ham and garlic

Ingredients:

We distribute the finished short dough by molds for cupcakes or tartlets and send it to bake until ready, about 10 minutes at 200 degrees. We remove the prepared tartlets and cool them.

We rub the cheese on a small grater. Garlic is pressed through the press and mixed with sour cream. Fill sour cream sauce grated cheese, add ham, chopped green onions, season with salt and pepper. We spread out the filling on the tartlets and bake in the oven until the cheese melts.

Tartlets with caviar, prawns and cheese

Mix both types of cheese with milk, add to the cheese mass boiled shrimp, garlic, salt and thyme passed through the press. We send the filling for the tartlets in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Fill the cooled cheese-shrimp mixture of the tartlet and bake at 200 degrees 7-8 minutes.

Tartlets with chicken and cheese

Ingredients:

Preparation

Chicken and tomatoes are cut into cubes, mixed with pickled mushrooms, grated cheese, crushed eggs and season with mayonnaise. Season the salad with salt and pepper and lay out on the tartlets.
