Pork with tomatoes

Pork with tomatoes is quite a satisfying and original dish that can easily decorate any celebration!

Pork pulp is washed, dried and cut into small strips. Then salt, pepper the meat, put it in a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry it on high heat, until a crust is formed. Without wasting time, rinse the Bulgarian pepper, clean it of seeds and shred by the same slices.

Tomatoes are scalded with boiling water, carefully peeled off them and cut into medium cubes. Garlic small chopped. As soon as the pork blushes, put pepper to it and fry, stirring, about 2 x minutes. After that, spread the tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes. After that, reduce the fire, cover the pan with a lid and stew the dish until ready, if necessary pouring a little broth or water. In the end, sprinkle everything with freshly ground pepper, salt, basil and garlic.

For the preparation of pork with tomatoes and cheese, the meat is cut into small slices and beat off lightly. Each piece is slightly peppered on both sides. We clean the bulb and shinkle rings. With tomatoes, peel the skin, scalded tomatoes for a few seconds with boiling water, and cut into circles. We wash the greens, shake them off and cut them very finely. In the bowl we mix homemade mayonnaise , greens, add crushed garlic and everything as it should, mix. Cheese rub on grater, or cut into thin plates.

We slightly lubricate the trays with vegetable oil, spread evenly the meat slices, grease each with garlic mixture, put on the onion ring and a circle of tomatoes. We send the baking sheet to the oven for 20 minutes, after which, carefully remove and put on each pork slice cheese slices. We send the dish for another 15 minutes in the oven. That's it, pork baked with tomatoes is ready!
