The main ingredients of the medicine are the following:
- paracetamol, which eliminates pain and helps reduce temperature;

- ascorbic acid improves the immune system, increasing the body's resistance;
- Pheniramine maleate, present in the preparation Teraflu, has an anti-allergic effect, eliminates tearing, a runny nose, eliminates itching in the nose and eyes.
Composition of Teraflu powder
The drug is a white with a grayish tinge substance, having larger granules of light yellow color.
One package contains ten bags of powder. The composition includes:
- paracetamol (325 mg);
- Phenylephrine hydrochloride (10 mg);
- phenyramine maleate (20 mg);
- ascorbic acid (50 mg).
The Teraflu extra powder has a similar composition, but the amount of some components has been increased.
In one bag there are:
- paracetamol (twice as much as 650 mg);
- phenylephrine hydrochloride (10 mg);
- Pheniramine maleate (20 mg).
As for ascorbic acid, it has become an auxiliary substance and its exact content on the package is not indicated. Another difference of this type is the presence of flavors, giving the drug an apple taste.
The tool is applied as follows:
- Packet Teraflu diluted in a glass of boiled water and drunk.
- No more than three bags are taken per day. The course of treatment is 5 days.
Tablets Teraflu
Another form of release of the drug are tablets intended for resorption, having a white color with a yellowish tinge.

- the same amount of lidocaine hydrochloride.
Composition of spray Teraflu
The product is designed for external use. It is produced in the form of a transparent solution with mint flavor.
One milliliter of the substance contains:
- benzoxonium chloride (2 mg);
- lidocaine (1.5 mg).
The auxiliary components include:
- peppermint oil ;
- glycerol;
- distilled water.
