Salad with chicken breast and Chinese cabbage
Ingredients:
For salad:
- noodles - 1 package;
- butter - 1/4 of a century;
- sesame seeds - 1/2 st .;
- petals of almonds - 1/2 st .;
- Chinese cabbage - 1 head;
- green onions - 6 feathers;
- boiled chicken fillet - 1/2 pc.
For refueling:
- corn oil - 1/4 of a century;
- wine vinegar - 1/4 of a century;
- soy sauce - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- sesame oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- sugar - 1/8 tbsp.
Preparation
Noodles are cooked until ready, after which fry in butter with the addition of sesame seeds and almonds 5-7 minutes. We stir the fried noodles. Cut small cabbage, chop the green onions. Boiled fillet cut into cubes.
Whisk the corn oil with wine vinegar and soy sauce . Add the sesame oil and sugar to the dressing and mix it up again. Prepared ingredients for salad are mixed and seasoned with sauce. We serve to the table immediately after preparation.
Salad with chicken breast, Pekinese cabbage and corn
Ingredients:
For salad:
- olive oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- onions - 1 pc .;
- Bulgarian pepper - 2 pieces;
- chicken fillet - 1 piece;
- Peking cabbage - 1 head;
- canned corn - 1 pot;
- parsley.
For refueling:
- Balsamic vinegar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- olive oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- water - 1 tbsp. a spoon.
Preparation
Chicken fillet boil and break down into fibers. We cut the onions in half rings, and the Bulgarian pepper with straws. In a frying pan, heat the oil and fry onions with pepper until soft. Then roast the mixture thoroughly. Peking cabbage shred. Mix all the prepared ingredients for the salad. Beat the balsamic vinegar with oil and water and fill the resulting mixture with a salad.
Salad with chinese cabbage and chicken breast
Ingredients:
- soy sauce - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- sesame seeds - 2 tsp.
- chicken fillet - 1 piece;
- Peking cabbage - 1 piece;
- red cabbage - 1/4 pcs .;
- carrots - 1 piece;
- green onions - 3 feathers;
- mandarin - 1 pc .;
- red wine vinegar - 1/3 of a century;
- grated garlic and ginger - 1 tsp each;
- brown sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- sauce chili - 1 1/2 tsp.
- petals of almonds.
Preparation
Oven warm up to 180 degrees. A tablespoon of soy sauce
Both types of cabbage shred and mix in a salad bowl, add to them grated carrots, chopped onions, pieces of mandarin, peeled from films and chicken. In another bowl, mix the remaining soy sauce with the vinegar, grated garlic and ginger, sesame oil, sugar and spicy sauce. We pour the salad dressing and mix. Ready salad with chicken breast and cabbage before serving sprinkle with almond slices.
