Vegetables for cooking bread can be taken absolutely any. Boil them until ready, and then let's go through the meat grinder. 1 cup of chopped vegetables combine with flour and knead the dough. It should be quite elastic. After that, we begin to dilute it with mineral water. We pour it in a little and knead a good dough. It should be soft, but at the same time so that it can be rolled out.

If it becomes very sticky, then you can soften a piece of butter right in your hands and again knead the dough - now it will not stick. Divide the resulting mass into several parts (3-4). And each piece is rolled into an oval layer about 2-3 mm thick.

If you like sesame, you can sprinkle them a little dough. We put the prepared layers of dough on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes at a temperature of 220 degrees. Cakes at the same time will swell and become golden brown. We serve them hot, watering melted butter.

In this recipe, you can use more mineral water, while the more mineral water we mix, the softer the bread will be. Also, when cooking this bread, you can use cake, which is obtained when squeezing the juice. But then flour is worth putting a smaller amount.
