We take sea fish, cut off fins finely and rinse it. Then we dry, cut along and separate from the bones. Finished fillets are rinsed, salted to taste and rubbed with seasonings. We peel the cleared bulb with semirings and pass for several minutes on the warmed oil. Carrots are processed and coarse rubbed, and tomatoes cut thin slices. Sweet pepper cut in half, take out the seeds and crush the cubes. At the bottom of the form we spread a sheet of foil, we form the sides, we spread the bottom with oil and spread a layer of onions. Then distribute the fish fillets, sprinkle with the Bulgarian pepper and lay a layer of tomatoes.
