Avocado is cut into 2 identical halves, gently removing the stone. Then, in order not to damage the skin, gently, using a spoon, remove the pulp and transfer it into the mixing bowl. We knead the flesh with a fork, or whisk until smooth with a blender. Hard cheese rubbing on a small griddle and combine it with avocado. Squeeze garlic with garlic, squeeze with mayonnaise and mix everything thoroughly. Spread a ready-made snack of avocado with cheese in the rind of fruit and serve the dish to the table.
