This sauce is universal, it can be served both to meat and poultry, and to desserts.

In a cowberry we pour in 200 g of water and we put a saucepan on fire. Bring to a boil.

Butter the butter in a frying pan, add crushed dill and let it pass for about 3 minutes. In the fish broth pour in lemon juice and mix. Cook for 15 minutes, then filter. Add the cream, dill and bring to a boil. Add the flour and, stirring, cook until thick. Salt and pepper add to taste.

Cowberry with a blender turns into a puree. We add honey to it. In principle, honey can also be replaced by sugar. We pour the broth to the resulting mass, leaving about 50 ml. In the remaining cold broth, dissolve the starch and mix it well. In the cranberry mass, pour in the vinegar and put it on the fire. In the hot mixture, pour in the dissolved starch and continue to cook, stirring, about 5 minutes after boiling. In this recipe, the broth can be replaced with water.
