It does not need to be kneaded, just squeeze the components together well, wrap with a film and leave in the freezer for at least half an hour. Dough the chilled dough and roll it. For the apple filling, remove the core from the apples and divide the remainder into slices of equal thickness. Mix the apple slices with sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, condensed milk and flour. The latter will absorb excess apple juice, saving the basis of the test from deoxidation. Lay the apple stuffing in a dough-covered form and cover everything with a second disc made from short-pastry. Make a hole in the lid of the pie to exit the steam, and the edges snap together.

Bake the classic apple pie for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 190 degrees.
