Blancmange cheese with fruits - recipe

Ingredients:

Preparation

Starting the preparation of blancmange, pour cold milk into the bowl and pour gelatin into it. Leave the mixture for thirty minutes to swell the gelatin crystals. After that, heat the mass in a water bath, stirring and achieving the complete dissolution of gelatin.

In a separate vessel, mix cottage cheese, granulated sugar and sour cream and punch it all with a blender until a homogeneous texture of the mixture is obtained without including lumps. We also prepare fruit properly. We clean oranges, removing them from the skins, sorting into slices, from which, in turn, we extract the pulp and cut it into slices. Rinsed grapes cut first in half, remove the bones and split the halves with a knife for another two or four parts, depending on the original size.

Now combine the curd mixture with fruit and gelatin mass, mix and pour into a silicone mold . We place the workpiece in the refrigerator until it is completely solidified, and then tilted gently on the dish and serve a ready "blancmange" cake with fruit to the table. For easier removal of the product from the mold, it is best to dip it for a few seconds before it into hot water. For a spectacular feed, you can sprinkle dessert with chocolate chips and chopped nuts.

Blancmange from cottage cheese with fruit - recipe with banana

Ingredients:

Preparation

This recipe for blancmange assumes slightly different proportions of components, and as a filler we will use a banana. Otherwise, the cooking technology is similar to the previous version. Soak gelatin in cold milk and leave to swell for about thirty minutes, after which we warm up in a water bath, stirring, until all the gelatin crystals are dissolved.

Cottage cheese punch with a blender or grind it through a strainer, and then mix it with sugar and sour cream and stir again carefully or punch with a blender until all the sugar crystals are dissolved. Bananas are cleaned, cut into slices of the desired shape and size, and then mixed with the prepared curd and gelatin mixture. We pour the mass over small silicone molds or fill it with one large mold and put it on the refrigerator shelf for several hours. Before serving, dip the mold for a couple of seconds into hot water and turn it over on a dish.
