So, dry beans are washed well, poured cold water and leave at least seven hours for swelling. Note that the beans when soaked increase in volume and absorb water, so pour it into the beans with a margin.

We drain the old water from the swollen beans, rinse the grains well, put them in a saucepan, pour in cleaned water, so that it only covers the contents, and place it on the fire. We give a boil, reduce the intensity of fire to a minimum, cover the container with a lid and keep the beans until soft. On average, this will take about one and a half hours. Five minutes before the end of the cooking process, beans are added to taste.

Now we clean and finely shred carrots, if desired, onions and pass the vegetables in a frying pan or saucepan until soft. Now put half the total amount of whole boiled beans in the pan. The rest of the beanbag is kneaded by a tolstalk and also laid to the rest of the components. We pour in a small portion of the broth, in which the legumes were cooked, we also add tomato paste, a little turmeric, salt and pepper and let it simmer in a small heat for thirty minutes.

In conclusion, we add pre-washed and finely chopped greens of cilantro, parsley, dill and basil, peeled and chopped garlic, adzhika, ground pepper, if necessary a little more salt, mixed, we continue for another five minutes, and remove from heat.
