Chopped meat and eggs are mixed until homogeneous. We complement with minced sauce, spices, chopped parsley, garlic and mustard. For binding to a meat base, flour is also added, and for ease and tenderness - bread crumbs or soaked breadcrumbs of breadcrumbs. Now it remains to form our steaks and fry them in butter 3-4 minutes on each side.
