Apart from the apricot itself, there is only a little water in this puree, as the sugars of the ripe fruits themselves are more than enough to make the product tasty and not too sour.

After removing the stones from all available fruits, place the apricots in a saucepan and pour 100-150 ml of water to prevent burning. Place the bowl of fruit over the medium fire, and in the meantime on the next burner put a boiling water bath and sterilize the dishes on it. Lids from the cans lower into boiling water. When the apricots become soft (the time depends on the degree of their maturity), blister them with a blender, re-place the puree over the fire and boil again. Pry the fruit mixture with a blender and, if desired, sweeten. Pour the mashed potatoes on the pre sterilized jars and roll them with scalded lids.
