When the mass cools down, put it on the fire again, add sugar, which is left and cook again after boiling for about 5 minutes. After that, we leave it to cool again. And the third time we cook 5 minutes. And finally, we pour jam on jars and roll them.

To prepare this jam, the ratio of apricot puree and sugar should be strictly 1: 1. In order to get the apricot puree, the fruits are peeled off, and the pulp is ground in a blender. Add in the puree sugar, lemon juice and orange juice. We bring to a boil, stirring occasionally and taking off the formed foam. Cook until the jam begins to thicken. We check the readiness in this way - put a drop of jam on a dry saucer, and if it does not spread, then it's time to switch off the mass. Directly in hot form we pour jam on jars and cover with lids. Such billets can be safely stored at room temperature.

Ingredients:

Preparation

Apricots are mine, dried and passed through a meat grinder along with orange. Put the fruit mashed potatoes in the dishes, where we will cook the jam, pour in the water and pour the zhelix mixed with 2 tablespoons of sugar. We mix it well, put it on the fire and bring it to a boil. Add the rest of the sugar, mix and again bring the mass to a boil. We boil for about 3 minutes, periodically removing the foam. Pour hot jam on clean dry jars and cover with lids.
