Then you can place them in a pot filled with water, and leave to be steamed, having screwed the fire to a minimum, for a quarter of an hour.

This dish is wonderful to prepare in the summer, when it is not difficult to get dill, basil, parsley or any other bunch of greenery. To increase the vitamin value of cutlets, use them with cucumbers, tomatoes and other vegetables.

Very finely chop chicken and bell peppers. Maximize the greens, and cut the cheese into cubes. Mix the fillets, pepper, cheese and greens, season with sour cream, sprinkle with spices and breadcrumbs. Well mix the mass and leave it to stand for a quarter of an hour. Now from minced meat, make cutlets, put them in a frying pan, under which a small fire is switched on, and fry for ten minutes under a lid, turning from side to side.
