2. The grooves can be made by a 1 cm deep cutter, in the absence of it, a chisel is also suitable. The crossbeams are driven into the grooves on the PVA glue.
3. The perches are pasted into the backs of the bed. Assemble the back of the bed entirely, strictly at right angles.
4. The backrests of the bed are connected to the sidewalls using self-tapping screws.
5. Pastes are pasted into the far side of the crib, first to the lower crossbar, then to the top.
6. The front part of the crib will consist of two parts, have a low edge to suitably approach the baby. Therefore, the perches are shorter than the previous ones. The upper part of the lateral part is fixed to the lower part of the canopies, with which it will open. In addition, fixing bolts must be installed.
7. On each leg we make a bar with a through recess equal to the bearing and install the bearing. They are attached with screws.
8. Under the crib is a wooden box. The straps are attached to it from the outside. The straps connect the box to the legs of the bed. Installation of cribs on the bearings provides a swinging effect. After the cot is fully assembled, you need to start painting. All the details of the crib, except for the base, are covered with a triple layer of varnish. After each layer it is necessary to give the varnish to dry and to grind well a layer by layer.
9. Of the racks make the crossbar for the frame of the bed, on which the base is covered and fixed under the mattress. An additional box for things is built in the lower box under the base. The cot is ready. Above, the crib is decorated with a transparent canopy.

A cot is required for the youngest. Over time, this crib can easily be transformed into an ordinary bed on legs, when the baby grows a little.
