Roll out a sheet of puff pastry and cut it into squares with a side of 5 cm. We spread the pieces of dough into cupcake molds and spread the toppings of chicken and mushrooms to the center on a tablespoon. We bake baskets 12-15 minutes at 180 degrees.

Add the sliced ​​mushrooms to the sausage and add the next filling. Fry the mushrooms until the surplus moisture evaporates, then add minced meat and thyme, lightly fry the meat, pour the wine and leave the frying pan on fire until the surplus moisture evaporates. Slightly cooled stuffing we arrange on baskets from the dough, we put on top a layer of goat cheese and sprinkle with grated parmesan. We put tomato slices on top of each basket. We put meat baskets with mushrooms in the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes at 180 degrees. We serve the baskets to the table immediately after baking.
