For the preparation of this original dish, we take beef, wash and clean the meat from foil and tendons. Then cut into plates, each of which we beat off a bit and shred small pieces, then fry in a cast-iron pot on melted cream butter.

Passer all together, constantly stirring with a wooden spatula. In small cubes, cut fresh tomato, throw it to vegetables, pour in flour, quickly mix and pour tomato juice mixed with boiled water.

Now season the dish with salt and sugar. Simmer on low heat until lid is soft. At the very end, we add to the meat sauce a ready-made adzhika, finely chopped greens, close the lid and turn off the stove. We insist meat for 10 minutes, and then we serve it on the table with fresh vegetables and boiled potatoes.

Pumpkin is cleaned, cut into small cubes and fried in a deep saucepan with preheated oil. Then close the lid and let it go for about 15 minutes on a quiet fire. This time we prepare other products.

We chop the beef with long thin bars, the pepper with strips, and the ray with semi-rings. In the next frying pan in small portions fry the meat, and then, along with the onion, shift everything to the pumpkin and pause for about 5 minutes.

After that, add the Bulgarian pepper, stir, pour tomato sauce, sprinkle with cumin and continue to simmer under the lid until soft for about 25 minutes. 5 minutes before the readiness we put canned pineapple, fill with ground ginger, salt and pepper to taste. To adjust the sweet and sour taste, add lemon juice and a little saccharim dish.

Beef is processed, washed and cut into thin slabs. Then sprinkle the meat with flour, to get a golden crust, and fry it in a hot frying pan in vegetable oil.

Now let's take care of the vegetables. To our dish turned spicy and a little sharp, add a little hot pepper, chopped straw. Choose other vegetables according to your taste: you can take Bulgarian pepper, green onions and champignons. All the shreds are thin straws.

Next, cook until half-ready noodles. In the frying pan we pass the mushrooms, add a little honey and pepper. After that, we spread beef in vegetables, pour in soy sauce and put a few spoons of ketchup. In the frying pan spread the noodles, sprinkle with fresh dill and green onions. We keep the dish for 3 more minutes on the fire, and then we mix and put it on the table!
