Roast recipe in pots in the oven with pork
Ingredients:
- pork - 850 g;
- onion - 190 g;
- carrots - 190 g;
- Potato tubers - 1,2-1,5 kg;
- fresh tomatoes - 250 g;
- garlic (optional) - 6 teeth;
- hard cheese - 100 g;
- mayonnaise or sour cream - 150-200 g;
- a ground mixture of peppers - to taste;
- salt - to taste;
- small leaves of laurel - 6 pcs .;
- butter - 75 g;
- fresh greens - to taste.
Preparation
In a heated frying pan, we dissolve butter, lay pork slices cut into small slices and let it brown for ten to fifteen minutes. Then we extract the meat into a plate, add a little more butter and pass it into the softness of the onions, chopped onion rings and grated carrots through a large grater.
We take the vegetables in another bowl, and into the frying pan throw the pre-peeled and chopped potato slices or cubes. We brown it a little, stirring, lay half the pots by the first layer, season with salt, ground with a mixture of peppers, throw one leaf of laurel and a peeled clove of garlic (if desired). From above distribute the meat, season with salt and pepper, then spread the carrots with onions and fresh tomato slices, which are also in turn salt and pepper.
We finish with a layer of the remaining potatoes, fill the contents of pots with mayonnaise or sour cream, without forgetting to salt it and pepper it. We rub the cheese through the grater, cover it with lids and set it to bake in the oven. The temperature is set at 185 degrees and set the cooking time to one hour. After the time has elapsed, we leave the dish for a while in a hot oven, and then we can serve it to the table, seasoned with fresh herbs.

- lemon juice - 25 ml;
- mushrooms - 350 g;
- sour cream - 120 g;
- mayonnaise - 120 g;
- broth - 100 ml;
- garlic - 2-3 teeth;
- salt - to taste;
- a ground mixture of peppers - to taste;
- vegetable refined oil;
- seasoning for meat - to taste.
Preparation
