We pickled marinated beets on a large grater. Eggs boil hard boiled and finely chopped. Radish is also rubbed on a grater. Greenery is crushed. Add all ingredients in cold, salted water and mix. In addition, we season the prepared dish to taste.

We serve beetroot cold, with finely chopped boiled potatoes served separately, and sour cream.

Before preparing beetroot from marinated beet, it is necessary to boil and cool 400-500 ml of salted water.

Marinated beets are cut into small cubes or rubbed on a large grater. Sausage cut into cubes or straws. Eggs boil hard boiled and crushed. Fresh cucumbers are peeled and cut into cubes.
