Biliary reflux-gastritis is a chronic disease caused by abnormalities of the gastrointestinal tract. Treatment of biliary reflux gastritis
With reflux gastritis requires a comprehensive approach to therapy. Therapeutic measures are aimed at the restoration of motility in the gastrointestinal tract and the binding of bile acids. For this purpose, it is recommended to receive:
- antacids - drugs that reduce acidity and create a protective layer on the mucous surface of the stomach;
- drugs that neutralize bile acids (Ursoliv and other drugs based on ursodeoxycholic acid);
- medicines that promote the restoration of consistent gastric and intestinal perlstatics (Motilium, etc.);
- with increased acidity of the stomach, also used to reduce the production of hydrochloric acid (Nexium, Pariet, Contralok).
Diet with biliary reflux gastritis
Dietary nutrition is of decisive importance in the treatment of reflux gastritis. In case of a disease, a number of products should be excluded from the diet, namely:
- meat and fish broth;
- Smoked meat, pickles, marinades;
- fatty meat and fish;
- canned food;
- sausages;
- baking;
- black bread;
- raw unprocessed vegetables and fruits;
- chocolate;
- carbonated drinks;
- alcohol.
It is necessary to minimize the consumption of sugar, honey and jam. It is also not recommended to eat sweet milk porridges.
Organizing the process of feeding the patient, it is necessary to observe the following principles:
- Portions should be small, food - fractional.
- The food should be moderately warm and maximally wiped (boiled).
- During meals and immediately after meals should not drink, it is better to do it 15 - 20 minutes after the meal.
