Nail buff

The nail file is a tool that has been used to us for a long time, without which a manicure is impossible, but this is by no means the only way to make the nail plate smooth. This can be done using a nail buff. The usual bar at first glance can replace many salon procedures and is suitable for home use, and during the execution of professional manicure.

Polishing nails with a bass - types of marking

In essence, the bass is the same file, only more delicate. In shape, it resembles a bar, plastic, wood, or fabric can be used as a basis, and suede, silicone, or synthetic abrasive spraying as an external material. Depending on the material and its graininess, the file-nail buffs distinguish such types:

  1. Buffs with abrasiveness 60-80 grit are used exclusively for work with artificial, accreted nails, or for a pedicure. They are very rough and tough.
  2. Buffs with an abrasiveness of 100-150 grit are suitable for grinding synthetic nails, leveling the surface of the nails on the legs and the upper layer of the nails on the hands after the build-up and gel-varnish.
  3. Buffs with abrasiveness 150-240 grit are also mainly used for artificial manicure, but they can also be used to smooth the edges on their nails.
  4. Buffs labeled with 300 or more grit can be used for natural nails, such files are designed for polishing and giving a nail plate gloss.

Choose a buff for natural nails

The word "baff" has two translation options. First, it means "polish", in the second - "bull hide". Both of these values fit the file perfectly - describe its purpose and material, from which the highest quality buffs are made. The saws, covered with natural suede, are very soft. They are ideal for manicure at home and giving shine to natural nails. In the cabin, these buffs do not use, since it is difficult to disinfect natural and delicate material.
