Then we pour the water into a saucepan, let it boil, fill the cucumbers again and let them stand still. Now the water is drained, saccharim, salt. And after the brine boils, pour in the vinegar. Cucumbers fill in the prepared brine and cork.

Spicy pepper and horseradish root of medium size cut into pieces. On the bottom of a large capacity we put a portion of spices and pepper with horseradish. Then we put a layer of cucumbers, again spices, cucumbers, again spices. The last should be a layer of leaves. In cold water, stir the salt. The resulting brine is filled in cucumbers. From above put a flat plate or lid flat side up and put a jar of water on it. Leave the cucumbers for 5 days. And if the room is too hot, then it will be enough for 3 days. Brine the cucumbers merge, spices are removed, and the cucumbers are washed. Fold them in carefully washed jars. Brine boil and pour them cucumbers to the very top and cover with covers. We give a little to stand, and then merge, boil, again pour cucumbers to the very top and roll.
