The Bulgarian apple pie is inherently something like a charlotte, but it is prepared without eggs and has a more delicate taste. In addition, the recipe and cooking technology is so simple that even a beginner in the kitchen can overcome it.

Ingredients:
- wheat sifted flour - 80 g;
- croup of semolina - 95 g;
- sand sugar - 100 g;
- ground cinnamon - 10 g;

- lemon juice - 25 ml;
- whole milk - 120 ml;
- sugar cane - 35 g.
Preparation
The first step is to prepare apples for the Bulgarian pie. Fruits must be washed, dried and peeled and peeled with seeds, then rubbed on a large grater and sprinkled with lemon juice.

- baking powder - 15 g;
- apples (already peeled) - 950 g;
- lemon juice - 35 ml;

- powdered sugar - to taste.
Preparation

Just like in the previous case, the bulk of the Bulgarian pie will be a bulk dough. For him we sift the wheat flour, mix it with semolina, sugar and baking powder.
