At the Bulgarian pepper remove the seeds, wash it and shred straw. Green onion, coriander and garlic chop. Ginger grate on a fine grater. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry for a minute with garlic and ginger. Add pepper to them and cook for 3 more minutes.

Then put the mussels in the pan, stir everything, and fry for 5-6 minutes. Cook the noodles according to the recipe on the packet. Grind lemon zest and send to mussels along with cilantro and noodles. Warm up the dish for about 3 minutes and serve on a table, sprinkled with green onions.
