Then discard the contents in a colander and let the syrup drain completely. Oven pre-heated to a temperature of 100 degrees, the baking sheet is covered with parchment paper and put the candied fruits on the baking sheet in one layer. Send the workpiece to the heated cabinet, opening the door slightly and installing it in this position. After a few minutes, turn off the fire and keep the candied fruit there until the oven has cooled down completely. Now carefully take out the baking tray and leave it for at least 35 hours in the room until the candied fruits dry completely.
