While the marinade is cooling, radish, carrots and peppers are cut into thin slices using a knife, or a special slicer. Parsley finely chopped. Mix the vegetables with herbs and put them in a jar.

After 12 hours, pickled radish can be eaten. Such a preparation can be stored for up to 2 weeks, but if you want to make a radish marinated for the winter, then pre-sterilize the cans before laying the vegetables.

Radish carefully and cut into thin slices. Garlic is cut in the same way. Mix and stack the vegetables in pre-sterilized cans.

Water, apple cider vinegar, salt and honey are mixed and put the marinade on the fire. We wait until the mixture boils and let it boil for 30 seconds. Fill the hot marinade contents of cans and roll up the lid.

Similarly chopped chili and garlic. Prepared vegetables are laid in a hot marinade and immediately remove the container from the fire.

We spread the radish with carrots into cans, pour marinade and cover with lid. We store the pickled snack in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks. You can eat radish in 12 hours.
