Cherry Pouring at Home

Ripe berries, we sort out, removing the spoiled cherries. Then we fill them in 3-liter cans "on the shoulders". Vodka pour cherry. The liquid level should be 2.5 cm above the level of berries. We remove the banks of the week for 2. It does not matter where they stand - you can put it in the cellar, or you can leave it in the room. After that we filter the berries through a colander, and the liquid is poured again into the jars. Now we clean them in a cold place.

And the berries are laid again on the banks and covered with sugar. We also leave them for 2 weeks. At the end of this time, merge the liquid that has separated again, and mix it with the one that was taken to the cellar. The received drink again put in a cool place and "create" further.

So, fill the berries in jars with water. Only you need to take either a spring or well water, but not a tap. We remove them also for 2 weeks in the cellar, without forgetting to turn them periodically. After the specified time, the liquid is drained and mixed with the stocks that were prepared earlier. All, now, finally, the cherry pouring on vodka is ready!

Cherry liqueur without vodka

Washed cherries are placed in a 3-liter jar, pouring sugar. We pour in water. Please note that the jars should not be filled to the very edge, since during fermentation the cherry will rise. Now with the help of a rolling-pin we knead berries. Then we put on the jar a medical glove and fix it with a rubber band on the neck. And in one place on the glove we make a puncture with a thin needle. We put the jar in a warm place. Gradually, the cherry will start to wander, and the glove will accordingly be filled with air. The willingness of the filling is determined by the behavior of the glove. Once it falls, the product is ready. But to be completely sure, it is better to check again: put a new glove on the jar. And if it does not fill with air, then the fermentation process is really completed. Now we pour the liqueur through 2 layers of gauze and leave the day at 2. Then filter again and now we are bottled.

Pouring cherry jam

Jam put in a 2-liter jar and pour vodka. In a dark place we can stand 15 days. We carefully discard the resulting fill, filter it, pour it on bottles and store it in a cool dark place.
