Preparation

We shift the resulting puree into a three-liter jar, pour in alcohol and leave for a week to insist. Then pour in water and leave again for a week. Now we dissolve the sugar in 2 liters of water and combine it with the obtained tincture. Now we mix all this thoroughly, heat the mixture to about 60-70 degrees, let it cool and filter. The resulting wine is bottled and insisted for another day. After that, the drink is ready for use.
Homemade cranberry wine
Ingredients:
- cranberry juice - 8 l;
- sugar - 5 kg;
- water - 2.5 liters.
Preparation
For wine, we want to select only the ripe berries. Rinse them and soak in cold water for about an hour. Then rinse the berries, and drain the liquid. The cranberry is for me to let the juice go, and leave a lot of days for 15 to wander. After that, add sugar and water, stir everything and again set for fermentation for at least a month. After that, filter through several layers of gauze. The liquid is poured on clean bottles and sent to a cool place to still infuse for 30-40 days.
