The resulting mashed potatoes are combined with compote, pour out the sugar into it and again put it on the stove. In the meantime, we plant potato starch in a small amount of syrup and mix well to completely dissolve it. When the drink begins to boil, pour the thickener into it and continue to boil the jelly for another 10 minutes. We constantly mix the mixture with a spoon to avoid the formation of lumps. The cooled beverage is served in glasses, having decorated, if desired, with fresh mint leaves.
