Ginger is truly a magical root. He is able to turn our notion of long-familiar products. So, for example, just add a small piece of ginger in the marinade for the chicken, and when you start baking it, the kitchen will fill with mysterious oriental aromas, and the meat will acquire a piquant, slightly pungent taste.
Chicken with ginger and garlic in the oven
Ingredients:
- chicken (carcass) - 1 kg;
- wine white dry - 2st .;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- ginger root - 50 g;
- olive oil - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- black pepper (peas) - 4 pcs .;
- salt, pepper black ground - to taste.
Preparation
For marinade we clean and rub on a small grater ginger, let through garlic press, crush peas of black pepper. Fill all with wine and 2 tbsp. spoons of olive oil.
We wash a small chicken, dip it with a towel and cut it in half on the sternum and spine. Marinu chicken 3-4 hours, periodically turning it over. After we take out, cover with the remaining oil and put it on the baking tray. We send it to a preheated oven for 200 hours for an hour with a small one. From time to time, we pour out the juice.

Chicken with ginger in Thai style - recipe
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 500 g;
- onion - 1 piece;
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- ginger root - 5 cm;
- chili pepper - 1 pc .;
- black pepper powder - 1/3 tsp;
- turmeric - 1/2 tsp;
- coconut milk -500 ml;
- laurel leaf - 2 pcs .;
- vegetable oil - for frying;
- salt - 1/2 tsp.
Preparation

Ingredients:
- chicken breasts - 2 pcs .;
- sauce soy - 1/4 of the article;
- sesame oil - 4 tsp;
- honey - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- ginger root - 3 cm;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- sesame seed - 2 tsp.
- onion green - 1 bunch;
- salt - to taste.
Preparation
In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger and the garlic passed through the press. Chicken breast is washed, dipped with a paper towel and cut into halves. We spread the chicken in the marinade and leave for at least 15 minutes.
Grate the grill with oil. Marinade from the chicken is poured into a saucepan and boiled for 5 minutes. Chicken breast spread on the preheated grill and fry 7-8 minutes on each side, periodically pouring boiled marinade, thanks to which the chicken will acquire a noble golden brown color and a unique aroma.
Sprinkle the prepared breast with sesame seeds and chopped herbs. We serve chicken with pickled ginger.

Ingredients:
- ginger root - 150 g;
- fillet of chicken - 600 g;
- onions - 1 pc.
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- soy sauce - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- rice vinegar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- onion green - 1 bunch;
- vegetable oil for frying.
Preparation
Ginger is clean and cut into strips.
