Carmen salad with chicken, ham and croutons - recipe
Ingredients:

- When ready, chicken pulp is cooled in broth and cut into thin strips.
- You can do otherwise and fry chopped chicken meat in a frying pan on sunflower oil until ready, seasoning in the process with salt and spices to your taste.
- We'll cook bread from bread. To do this, cut it with thin straws, lay out on a baking sheet and sprinkle a little salted sunflower oil.
- Now we send the pan to the oven, dry the bread slices and lightly brown at a temperature of 195 degrees.
- Ham is also shredded like chicken and bread with thin straws and fry it a little on a hot frying pan.
- Fresh tomatoes, wipe dry and cut into small slices. When using cherry tomatoes, it's easy to cut them in half.
- In homemade mayonnaise, add adjika, as well as peeled and squeezed garlic cloves through the press and mix.
