If a woman wakes up from severe pain in her legs, the first thing she should do is pull her fingers toward her. Then slowly, smoothly and gradually you need to relax your leg, then repeat the first movement. At the same time, you can massage the calf, the leg should be straightened at the knee joint. In order to relieve the spasm, it is necessary to warm the muscle by fitting a heating pad or a compress to it.
