If you use a whole chicken carcass, and not just meat from the breasts, then divide it, keeping the skin, and put it on a well-heated frying pan. But you do not need to add oil. Wait frying pieces until golden brown, too, there is no need, because immediately, well season the pieces, put a laurel leaf on them, crushed chives and pour with water so that they cover. Cover the dishes with chicken lid and leave everything to simmer over medium heat for half an hour.

In the meantime, you can pour gelatin with cold water, following the instructions, and leave the granules to swell.

After half an hour, the chicken is cooled, then the pulp is separated and broken into smaller pieces. Pieces of birds are put into a bottle.

Swollen gelatin should be diluted in a warm broth and pour a mixture of chicken in a bottle. Make sure that all the pieces are covered with jelly, otherwise it may affect the appearance of the dish. Leave the bottle in the cold to freeze the contents, then gently cut the plastic shell and remove the jelly.
