Preparation of blueberry mousse
Ingredients:
- blueberries - 1 item;
- sugar - 1 item;
- water - 3 cups;
- manga - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- Vanilla sugar - 1 sachet.
Preparation
Blueberries can be taken as fresh or frozen. If you have a second option, then just remove it from the freezer in advance so that it is thawed at room temperature. Prepared berries carefully mash with a tolstalker, and then the resulting mass is grinded through a sieve. Now pour the water into the pan, bring it to a boil, then add the squeezes and after boiling, cook for 1 minute. Then filter, cake is thrown away, and put the liquid on the fire again, add sugar and again bring to a boil. Now gradually sprinkle semolina, constantly stirring, cook the liquid manna porridge for about 15 minutes. After that, remove the pan from the fire, cool it, add vanilla sugar and beat it with a mixer for about 2 minutes. Add the blueberry juice and again all the beats for 5 minutes. During this time, the mass should increase in volume. We transfer the mousse to the kremanki, decorate it and serve it to the table.
Mousse with cream and semolina - recipe
Ingredients:
- raspberry - 300 g;
- water - 600 ml;
- sugar - 200 g;
- cream of 33% fat content - 200 ml;
- manga - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- powdered sugar - 5 tbsp. spoons.
Preparation
Raspberries are crushed, and the resulting mass is filtered. We put the juice in the refrigerator, and pour the cake with water, bring it to a boil and cook for about 5 minutes. The resulting broth filter, and add sugar to the liquid, again bring to a boil and pour a thin trickle of mank, stirring constantly.
