When it's 6 days, we take the leaven and, after mixing, we take 3 spoons from this tray, to which we add 5 spoons of rye flour, 70 milliliters of warm boiled water and leave it for future bread. The rest of the leaven is well diluted with water and sent to the refrigerator for no more than 10 days.

Prepared leaven for bread, we stand in the place where she wandered for another 6 hours, and then add salt, liquid honey, warm water to her and mix everything. The flour is mixed into the dough in grades: first of the highest grade, then whole-grained, and the rye is introduced last. The kneaded dough is placed immediately in a greased form and for 2 hours we give it a good fit.
