Pies with strawberries - a real treat for lovers of sweet baked goods, which you can eat all year round. For their preparation use both fresh and frozen berries, and absolutely any dough. And adding a little cream cheese or cottage cheese , we'll get a real culinary masterpiece.

We connect in a bowl or saucepan kefir, vegetable oil, salt and granulated sugar, mix and warm up to a pleasant hand of warmth. Then we pour the sifted flour mixed with dry yeast and mix the soft dough. We define it in a warm place for thirty or forty minutes.

While the dough is suitable, we will wash the strawberries and leave them in a colander for a while, so that the water is properly glassed. Then we cut the berries into cubes or slices.

When the dough increases by about two times, pinch off a little of it, roll the balls and lay on the flour-poured surface.

From each ball we form a cake with the hands or a rolling pin, pour a little sugar into the center, put the cut strawberries on top and connect the opposite edges of the dough. We give the pie the desired shape and put it on an oiled baking tray.

Warm up the oven to 190 degrees, smear the surface of the patties with whipped egg whipped with water and a pinch of vanillin, and send them to bake for fifteen to twenty minutes.

Each square is smeared with cream cheese, leaving one centimeter behind the edges, pour the sugar sand, mixed with vanilla sugar and put pre-washed and sliced ​​berries in a center. To ensure that the filling from the strawberries does not flow out of the patties, we'll pour strawberry berries with a small amount of starch.

We connect the opposite edges of the dough and seal the patty with the teeth of the fork. We make a few cuts on the top of the pies for the steam exit, put it on an oiled baking tray some distance apart and send it to the oven for twenty or thirty minutes, warming it up to 220 degrees beforehand.
