Preparation

- The mixture is dense, the mixer is put aside and very carefully using a spoon or silicone spatula, we interpose the flour sifted with baking powder. The dough should not leak.
- The form is lubricated with oil, pour out the dough and bake a chocolate biscuit for half an hour.
- We check the readiness with a wooden skewer or match.
- We take out the cake and let it cool down well.
When the cake is cold, we prepare the cream.
- In warm cream, we dissolve gelatin, warming up a little to prevent heating above 80 degrees.
- Cottage cheese grind with sugar and add cold cream and vanillin.
- Mixer mix mass to make it airy.

- Cut the top of the sponge cake and use a spoon to remove the pulp, leaving the border about 0.5 cm thick and the bottom. Biscuit soft, we act cautiously.
