Preparation

Sift the flour and mix it with sugar, salt, soda, vanilla sugar, water and vegetable oil. Knead the elastic dough, wrap it in a food film and put it on the refrigerator for an hour.

Defrost the currant, combine it with sugar and flour and mix well. For the baking form, grease with vegetable oil, take the dough from the refrigerator and divide into two parts, so that one is slightly larger than the other. Roll out both parts and the one that more lay in the shape, forming small sides. On top, unfold the filling from the berries and cover it with the second part of the dough.

Protect the edges of the cake, oil its surface with vegetable oil, sprinkle with sugar and make in the middle a small hole through which the steam will exit. Put the cake in the oven, heated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes, and letting it cool slightly, serve to the table.

Currant pie in the multivariate

Separate yolks from proteins and send them to the refrigerator. Combine the flour with the melted butter, yolks, 125 g of sugar, vanillin, 1 teaspoon of baking powder and mix the dough. Put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Remove the proteins, whip them to the state of foam, add to them the remains of sugar, 1.5 tbsp. spoons of flour, starch and the remaining baking powder. Then gently interpose in the protein mass of the currant. Form a ball from the test, oil the cup of the multivark and spread the dough on the bottom, forming the sides. Top the whole stuffing and cook the cake in the "Baking" mode for 1.5 hours. Please note that here is described a recipe for a pie with fresh currants, but it can be replaced and frozen, only be sure to drain any excess liquid.

Curd cake with currants is an excellent option for those mothers whose children do not like cottage cheese in its raw form.

Preparation

Melt the butter, mix with sugar, flour and baking powder and mix the dough. It should turn out friable. Using a mixer, beat the eggs with sugar, and then add cottage cheese and vanillin to them, and continue to beat until you get a smooth mass.

Form the baking dish with oil, put half the dough into it, then the whole curd filling, and then the second part of the dough. Top the currant berries. Bake a curd cake with black currant at 180 degrees 35 minutes.
