We cut the turkey fillet well with a knife and mix it with finely chopped onions. Add yogurt, one egg, flour, salt and pepper. From the ready, minced minced hands, we form cutlets with a thickness of 1.5-2 centimeters. In a separate bowl, whip the remaining egg, dip the meatball into it, and then sprinkle it with breadcrumbs. Breaded patties are fried in a large amount of vegetable oil until golden brown. Serve with sour cream sauce or ketchup.

To begin with, chop mushrooms and fry them in vegetable oil until ready, seasoned with salt and pepper. Chilled mushrooms are mixed with grated cheese and chopped dill. The pulp of white bread is softened in cream and added to ground meat. There we drive an egg and we give our minced meat a good pinch of salt. Now proceed to the fun part - knocking out stuffing. We beat the forcemeat with our fists, throw about the table or in a bowl, in a word, we do anything to soften the stuffing itself and, consequently, the future cutlets. Do this best beforehand by dividing the mince into portions, so as not to soil yourself or the entire kitchen space. A portion of chopped minced meat is mashed into a flat cake, we put the stuffing in the center and form a cutlet. According to the developed scheme we pan the cutlets in the egg and breadcrumbs, and then fry until golden crust on vegetable oil.
