For filling, mushrooms are cut into cubes and fried with chopped onions in a pan until ready. At the end, salt and pepper. When the mushrooms cool down, add 2 eggs to them, worn on a large grater. We mix everything thoroughly. We boil potatoes "in uniform", clean them and pass them through a meat grinder, add 2 raw eggs, salt, pepper to taste and flour. The resulting mass is mixed. We form small cakes from it, in the middle of each we put a little stuffing and connect the edges, giving it a round shape. Each bit is dipped in a beaten egg, then rolled in breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil from two sides to a golden crust.

First we prepare the filling for bitches from potatoes. To do this, fry the chopped onions in a frying pan until transparency, then add the meat, passed through the meat grinder. Stir while frying until it starts to lighten. Now add the carrots, grated on a large grater, stir and fry until the meat is ready on a small fire, salt and pepper add to taste. Everything is minced. Now we are engaged in potatoes: we clean it and boil it until cooked in salted water. Then drain the water, let the potatoes cool down a bit, add the egg into it and knead it to a homogeneous dense mass. We form small cakes from it, in the middle of each we put a little stuffing, close it with a potato dough, give the cake a round shape, crumble in breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Serve potato beans to the table hot or warm. They are perfectly combined with sour cream and fresh vegetables. As a filling, you can also use stewed cabbage, boiled eggs with green onions, canned fish, salted cottage cheese with herbs.
