Fast lazy pizza in a frying pan for 10 minutes - recipe

Ingredients:

Preparation

Since the pizza is prepared very quickly, we will initially prepare the ingredients for the filling. We cut small sausage or ham, shred tomatoes and arbitrary slices of Bulgarian pepper. We grind also on a grater firm cheese.

For the dough mix kefir with hydrated soda and salt, add egg, vegetable oil and sifted flour and mix everything with a whisk to disperse all the lumps. Now pour the resulting mass on an oiled frying pan (preferably with a non-stick coating) and let the cake be baked and browned on one side. Now turn the base of the fast pizza to another barrel, which in turn is lubricated with a mixture of ketchup and mayonnaise and we rub it with a mixture of fragrant Italian herbs. We then distribute sausage, Bulgarian pepper, tomatoes and grinded cheese, complete the composition with leaves of greenery and leave the product under the lid on the lowest heat until the cheese is completely melted and the pizza base on the other side is browned.

Homemade pizza in the frying pan "Minutka" - recipe

Ingredients:

Preparation

This recipe for quick lazy pizza is even simpler, and takes even less time, which is why it was called "Minute". It is enough just to prepare and cut the medium-sized components for the filling. You can use any products that you like most and are available. In our case, this is again traditionally sausage, ham or sausages, which we add to the chopped mushrooms (fresh, canned or simply boiled). For juiciness, we also add fresh tomatoes, which in the non-season can be replaced with canned pineapple or pickled cucumbers.

The dough is prepared lightning fast. Mix in a bowl of sour cream, mayonnaise, eggs and a pinch of salt. For splendor, you can add a little baking powder. Now pour in the flour and stir until all lumps are dissolved. Pour the resulting mass into a warmed, oiled, non-stick frying pan, then immediately place tomatoes, sausage and mushrooms. We work off everything with a little dried herbs, herbs and salt, distribute the grated cheese on top and cover the container with a lid. After about ten minutes of languishing under the lid, a lazy pizza will be ready, you can serve it and try it.
