So, to prepare salmon with potatoes in the oven, the fillet is properly mine, and if the fish is whole - we cut it, cutting off the head, tail and fins. First we prepare the fish: thoroughly rinse it under cold water and cut into small steaks, about 2 centimeters wide. We peel the potatoes from the peel, wash them, shake them in circles and fill them with water.

Now go to the preparation of marinade. To do this, we take the bulb, clean it and shred it with thin rings. In a deep bowl squeeze out the juice of half a lemon, put a little honey and pour olive oil. Thoroughly mix everything to a homogeneous mixture. Then pour a half teaspoon of dry mustard powder and mix again.

Transfer the prepared onions to the marinade and leave for 15 minutes. For cooking fish for a couple must be salt and pepper steaks. After that, put them in the prepared mixture and mix in such a way that all the fish is completely under the marinade. We put the marinated fish steaks in a steam basket, add the potatoes cut in circles, cover them with onion rings, install the container in the multivark and set the steamer mode on the appliance. Then gently remove the prepared fish from the broth, fill it with peeled potatoes, cut into small cubes, and cook until ready. The bulb is cleaned, shredded with thin half rings and wesser until golden in cream butter.
