The dough itself consists of five of the simplest ingredients, you do not need to use either yeast or baking powder.

Preparation

Before making dough filo, you need to put together all the liquids: water, vegetable oil and vinegar. The flour is mixed separately with the salt, and then the mixer is turned on (or usually wielded with a wooden spatula) and begins to knead. Gradually pouring liquids to the flour, you should knead a slightly sticky dough, which in ready-made form should be additionally kneaded for about 15 minutes. Next, the dough lightly oiled, pre-rounded, and leave to rest for about an hour and a half.

Since the dough is sticky, you always have to keep a little flour on hand. Pour it on the table from time to time, continuing rolling. Roll out the dough pieces the size of a golf ball as thin as possible.
