Then add grated carrots, cover with a lid and cook for exactly 15 minutes. Next, throw the chopped pepper, boil another 15 minutes, and then add the onions. After this, we simmer the salad for about 35 minutes and finally put the cooked rice into a saucepan. We mix everything thoroughly so that there are no lumps, we keep the salad on fire for another 5 minutes and immediately pack it in clean jars. Cover them with lids, roll them up and wrap them around something warm until they cool down completely. So, to prepare a delicious canned salad with rice, first of all, prepare all the vegetables. Rice pre-washed and set to cook in a saucepan.
