So, first we prepare the powder: mix in a bowl of flour, oat flakes, sugar, cinnamon, pour in milk and vegetable oil. We mix everything well and set aside the ready shtraysel. For cupcakes, mix wheat flour with baking powder and cinnamon. In a separate cup, beat egg with cottage cheese, pour kefir, vegetable oil and put sugar. Apples rub on a large grater and mix with starch. In the flour mixture pour the egg, add the grated apple and nuts, mix. Now spread the dough on the molds and decorate the top with a sprinkle. Bake the muffins in the oven for 25 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees. We check the readiness of the toothpick and serve soft and fragrant pastry to the table.

Next, pour the sifted flour and baking powder in advance. Stir until a homogeneous mass is obtained and, if desired, add grated orange peel. Pour the dough bowl multivarka, oiled with oil. Bake the cake on kefir in the "Baking" mode for about 50 minutes. After the ready signal, we take out the pie, cool it and sprinkle it with sugar powder. Fresh cucumber, cut the peel, if it is tough, and then finely chopped or rubbed cucumbers on a large grater. Kefir is mixed with cold water and beat together in a blender with peeled and chopped garlic. Add salt, ground pepper and vegetable oil to taste. Dill greens are washed and crushed. Walnuts are chopped finely. In a plate we spread cucumbers, then greens of a dill and from above we fill in kefir mass. Before serving, sprinkle the soup with walnuts.
