Composing different products, collecting them in one canapé and stringing on a skewer, each time we get a new taste. We place the figures on an oiled baking sheet, grease with whipped egg and bake in a preheated oven to 220 degrees for twenty minutes or until the desired color.

As a filling option, you can use herring fillets and a kind of curd-fish cream. For its preparation, trim the fish and uneven parts of it with a blender with a small amount of cottage cheese and sour cream, add egg yolks to taste. You can also add a little shredded greenery. We put a little of the received mass on ready-made puff pastry and put on top a slice of herring.

You can use salmon fillets instead of herring, and instead of cream, soft curd or processed cheese.

Hard cheese grinded through a fine grater, add mayonnaise and mix. It should be a little viscous, but still airy cheese mass. From it we roll balls, into each of which we place inside one green olive with filling. It is better to take olives stuffed with shrimps, crabs or tuna.

We pan out the balls in chopped walnuts, we puncture the skewers and put them on the dish.

We put eggs to boil, and after ten minutes of boiling we immerse them for a minute into ice water, and then we clean and rub it on a fine grater.

While cooking eggs, let's pass through a fine grater hard cheese and peeled garlic clove. Crab sticks are cleaned and also rubbed through a grater into a fine a crumb, one part of which is mixed with the rest of the ingredients, and the other is placed in a separate bowl.

Shredded mixture is filled with mayonnaise, mix thoroughly and form balls from it, which are breaded in the left crab crumb.
