Champignons with sour cream and onion
No sauce is easier than that prepared on the basis of frying mushrooms and onions with the addition of cream. The result of your efforts is delicious in and of itself as a supplement to pasta, casseroles or meat.
Ingredients:
- olive oil - 45 ml;
- champignons - 360 g;
- sour cream - 90 g;
- cream - 120 ml;
- garlic cloves - 2 pcs .;
- white onions - 130 g;
- green onions - 4 feathers;
- flour - 25 g;
- grated Parmesan - 40 g;
- parsley.
Preparation
Preliminarily lightly warm oil on medium heat, quickly fry on it half-rings of white onions until they become transparent. To the onions, put the chopped garlic with mushrooms, season everything and stew on medium heat, waiting for the moment when all the liquid is evaporated. Next, sprinkle the contents of the pan with flour, stir and wait for a couple of minutes. Mix mushrooms and onions with sour cream, pour cream and wait until the sauce thickens. We complement it with spices and sliced greens.
Recipe for fried champignons with onions
Ingredients:
- butter - 50 g;
- garlic cloves - 4 pcs .;
- champignons (medium size) - 15 pcs .;
- white onions - 150 g;
- lemon juice - 15 ml.
Preparation
Before frying mushrooms with onions, mushrooms are cleaned and wiped with a dry cloth or cloth to get rid of possible contaminants.
After melting the butter, lightly fry the onion rings on it until the latter become transparent. We put garlic, we wait for the moment when it will let out aroma and directly we completely put mushrooms. Make sure that there are not too many mushrooms in the pan, otherwise they will be stewed in their own juice, instead of being fried. Once the mushrooms are on fire, season them, and when all the moisture evaporates, pour lemon juice and remove from the plate.

Ingredients:
- purple onion - 480 g;
- champignons - 500 g;
- vinegar - 30 ml;
- dry white wine - 50 ml;
- a branch of thyme;
- sugar - 22 g;
- oil for frying.
Preparation
After warming a little of any vegetable oil on medium heat, we put into the frying pan medium-sized half-rings of purple onions. When they soften, add leaves from a twig of thyme, chopped mushrooms, and season everything to taste, pre-watered with vinegar. In order for the onion to caramelize, sprinkle the contents of the pan with a small amount of brown sugar. While stirring constantly, pour in the dry white wine, wait until it evaporates instead of with all the liquid released from the mushrooms, and then use the resulting roast in other dishes or eat separately.
Mushroom with champignons with onion on toast
We have already discussed several types of fried mushrooms with onions, which means that now it's time to think about simple dishes that can be cooked with their participation. An example of the latter can be toast with cheese and mushrooms.
Ingredients:
- white onions - 75 g;
- Balsamic vinegar - 30 ml;
- champignons - 250 g;
- white wine - 55 ml;
- toast bread;
- cheese;
- butter.
Preparation
Semirings of white onions at first wesser until soft in olive oil, and then pour vinegar and let it completely evaporate. Separately fry the plates of mushrooms, filling them with wine, also waiting for the complete evaporation of moisture. Mix the contents of the two frying pan and fry the mushrooms and onions for 3-4 more minutes. Lubricate toast bread with butter and cover with a layer of grated cheese. From above place the roast of onions and mushrooms, cover everything with a second piece of bread and cook the toast on the grill or dry frying pan until the cheese melts.
