Baked bacon in the oven

Baked bacon is a traditional dish of Ukrainian cuisine, beloved by many people of our country. It is prepared quite easily, but it turns out rather juicy, tasty and fragrant. And as a supplement, you can serve table with mustard , horseradish, black bread and marinated onions. All this will only emphasize the delicate taste of fat and give the dish a zest and piquancy.

Salo rubbed with salt, black ground pepper and put it aside for the time being. Garlic is cleaned and cut the denticles into several plates. Now, with a sharp knife from the sides of the fat, we make deep incisions, put in garlic, laurel leaves, and so we stuff all the fat. We send it for 40 minutes in the fridge to marinate.

For baking we take the form, we put fresh cherry twigs on the bottom, then we spread the fat, and from above we make a lid of the dough: we spread the flour with water and mix the homogeneous dough. Now we send the dish to a preheated oven and detect about 45 minutes.

Salo baked in the sleeve

First, we select a piece of fresh fat with a slit of meat and we make incisions in it, on each side. Garlic is peeled from the husk, cut into plates and put into slots in fat. We rub a piece of salt, if desired, grease with mayonnaise or ready-made mustard. Now take the sleeve for baking, put the fat in it, laurel leaf and fix the bag on both sides with special clips.

From above we make several punctures and put everything on a baking tray. We send it to a preheated oven and bake the dish for 1.5 hours. Then gently take the fat from the sleeve, shift it to the plate and serve it in a cold form, cutting it into thin slices.

Fat baked in dough

So, first, take a piece of fat, preferably with a meat layer. Then rub it with salt, squeezed through the press with garlic and a mixture of peppers. Then we shift the fat into a cup and put it under the press for 3 days, so that it thoroughly salted out. After the specified time, we take out the fat and remove excess spices from it. Now mix the dough or take the finished puff. Roll out a cake from it, spread the fat and wrap it, forming an envelope. After that, put everything on a baking tray, top with grease oil and bake in the oven for 45 minutes, setting the temperature 180 degrees.

Baked potatoes with bacon

Ingredients:

We wash the potatoes thoroughly with a brush, lightly dry and cut into halves. Salo is washed from excess salt and shinkuem plates 3-5 mm thick. Garlic squeezed through the press and pour salt into the bowl, so that it was convenient to dip it half potatoes. Now take one half of potatoes, dip in salt, and rub the other with squeezed garlic. Between them put a piece of fat and wrap each potato in 2 layers in foil.

We put the billets on a baking tray and send it to a preheated oven to 180 degrees for about 40-50 minutes. The readiness of baked potatoes with bacon in the foil is checked with a conventional toothpick, if it easily enters, then the dish is completely ready.
