Fried chicken wings

Fried chicken wings in a frying pan

In order to prepare a perfectly crispy chicken, it is not necessary to get deep frying, for start it will be enough and familiar cast-iron frying pan, thick walls of which allow to keep a constant temperature.

While the oil is warming up, prepare the wings of the chicken. Cut off the tips of the wings, rinse the remaining fleshy part and dry it. Prepare a simple batter, mixing the flour with ice water and a pinch of salt. Dip the bird in the resulting mixture and send it straight into the hot oil to brown to ruddy.

Now, take the sauce, for which soybeans should be heated with garlic and cayenne pepper, and then pour the starch solution into them in cold water. Once the sauce thickens, mix it with hot wings. Fried chicken wings in soy sauce are served immediately, accompanied by a mountain of napkins.

Chicken wings, fried in breadcrumbs, deep-fried

Prepare the claret by beating the egg with salt, milk and egg. Dip into the thick chariot chicken wings, and then immediately send them in a bread pan. Having well covered the wings with breading, make sure that the excess has been shaken off, otherwise the crumbling crumb will burn in oil. When the breading on the surface is browned, shift chicken into napkins and serve.

Fried chicken wings with honey

Chicken wings are mixed with salt, paprika and baking powder (it will make the skin crispy). Fry until cooked. Mix soy with spicy sauce, honey and vinegar, warm until thick and pour sauce over the bird.
